Are You a Phone Film Maker?

You are telling yourself that it takes a great deal to be a film maker.

I need equipment.

I need to go to film school.

I need to be taught by the best.

I need to work my way up.

I need friends in high places.

I need a crew.

I need a special skill set.

What you need you most likely already have. You have a iPhone and you have or are able to get the necessary apps. You can learn lighting and how to get proper sound. The most important thing that you will need is drive. If you have that all the rest will work it self out over time.

What you must first understand is that film making, what ever the type, is 80 percent hard work and 20 percent trial and error. If you are going to be a filmmaker you are going to make mistakes, except it. You are going to have loads of fun so enjoy those times when they come.
