More Iphone Short Films

Today I would like to show you a few new iPhone short films, plus a tutorial or two on the making of an iphone movie. When I started this site I questioned whether this would be a growth industry, but the last year or so has shown massive growth in the smart phone film making field.

Hundreds of people each day are attempting to make short and even a few feature films using these devices. Just remember when you attempt to make a film using your smart phone that the basic rules of film making still apply. You need to learn about lighting and sound and basic framing of a scene. If you do not get a device to hold your phone steady when you are shooting a scene then it will look hand held and shaky. This is fine if you are making a film for fun, but if you want others to see and enjoy it them you are going to have to invest in something to stabilize your phone. Also you will need TO add some of the great film making apps like Filmic Pro so that your film will have that film look.

Now here is are great little tutorials I found for you guys to check out. Note to all of you that are making these types of films, take time to shoot some behind the scenes footage. There is just not enough behind the scenes footage from these types of films. We need more of it and if you shoot it I will be happy to post it.
